Abstract
|
|
|
Purpose : We want to report 14 case series of recurrent miscarriage overcome and want to introduce the actual condition and treatment of recurrent miscarrige patients clinically.
Methods :We researched medical records of 14 women who had overcome recuttent miscarriage and had deliveried successfully from 1999 to 2004 in Conmaul oriental medical center.
Results :There were 14 recurrent miscarrige patients who deliveried successfully after herbal medicine treatment. They had three - eight times abortion experience. Their menstruation coditions were oligomenorrhea 7 cases, hypomenorrhea 7 cases, dysmenorrhea 8 cases. We diagnosed their cases as insufficient blood(úìúÈ) in common, and diagnosed as stagnated hepatic qi(ÊÜѨê¦Ì¿), moist and phlegm(ã¥ÓÃ), insufficient essence and blood(ïñúìÝÕðë), blood stasis(åÜúì), insufficient qi(ѨúÈ), uterus cold syndrome(øàÒ²) individually. We administered herbal medicine to them according to each diagnosis before pregnancy, and administered herbal medicine(äÌðîì£ô¸÷·) to prevent abortion after pregnancy.
Conclusion :We reported successful delivery 14 case series of recurrent miscarrige patients after herbal medicine treatment. We think to need further study about the principle of treatment, guideline of treatment & care as causes.
